For our coaches, please find the following documents for your convenience:
All New Coaches:
You must complete a Rutgers Coaching and Safety Course, which is a 90-minute seminar hosted at our recreation facility. We will alert you when the date of the course is for this season. The course is free and only needs to be taken once. If you have taken this course before (even for another sport), you do not need to retake it. Please see the below form for registration:

All Coaches (new and existing):
You must complete a yearly fingerprint screening. We use a company called Identogo. Please book your appointment HERE before the start of the season. You will need the following two numbers for booking your appointment:
- Our Volunteer service code is "2F1J3Y"
- The contributor's Case Number is "B05004"
You will need to bring the following form with you to your fingerprint appointment:

Note: The fee for this is reimbursable. Save your receipt and bring it to the recreation office for reimbursement.
