ELMWOOD PARK IS HEADED TO THE PLAYOFFS!

ROUND 1 BEGINS TONIGHT!

It’s win or go home as both of our Elmwood Park Summer Travel Teams begin their playoff journey tonight at 8:00 PM.

Our 14U team will host the Paterson Wildcats at Veterans Field in Elmwood Park. This is a rematch from earlier this season when Elmwood Park came away with the victory. Now they’ll look to do it again with a trip to the next round on the line.

Our 12U team will travel to North Arlington for a rematch of their own at 96 Schuyler Avenue, North Arlington. North Arlington won the first meeting, but our girls are playing some of their best softball of the season, winning three of their last four games. They’re confident, determined, and ready for another shot.

This season has been a roller coaster filled with dramatic comebacks, heartbreaking losses, and unforgettable moments that have shown the heart of these teams. Through every high and low, these young ladies have continued to fight for one another, pick each other up, and cheer louder for a teammate’s success than their own.

That is what being part of a team is all about. The determination, resilience, sportsmanship, and character they’ve displayed all season are qualities that will serve them well long after the final out.

While both games start at the same time, we hope our Elmwood Park community will split up and support both teams. Whether you’re cheering at Veterans Field or making the trip to North Arlington, every voice in the stands matters.

Let’s fill the stands with red and black, make some noise, and show these young ladies that the entire Elmwood Park community is behind them.

Good luck to both our 12U and 14U teams. We couldn’t be prouder of what you’ve accomplished this season.
