Four Nights of Family Fun
The EPGSL Carnival is more than just a fun weekend—it is an opportunity to bring our league and community together while raising money to support youth softball in Elmwood Park.
Families can look forward to:
- Carnival rides and games
- Food and refreshments
- Local vendors and community organizations
- Family entertainment and special attractions
- Four nights of activities for all ages
Every ride, game, and visit helps support our players, league programs, equipment, and the continued growth of girls’ softball in Elmwood Park.
Save on Unlimited Ride Bracelets
Unlimited nightly ride bracelets are available during the presale for only $30 each.
The same bracelets will cost $35 at the carnival, so purchase early and save $5 on every bracelet.
Presale pricing ends Tuesday, September 8.
How Do the Unlimited Ride Bracelets Work?
Each bracelet provides one person with unlimited rides for one selected night of the carnival.
- A separate bracelet is required for each person who will be riding.
- Each bracelet is valid for one selected carnival night only.
- A new bracelet is required for each additional night attended.
- You may purchase multiple bracelets in the same order for additional family members or multiple nights.
Example: If one child wants unlimited rides on both Friday and Saturday, two bracelets must be purchased—one for Friday and one for Saturday.

Volunteers Needed
A successful four-night carnival takes a full-team effort, and we need help from our EPGSL families and community members.
Multiple shifts are available, so even a few hours of your time can make a tremendous difference.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Setup
- Ticket windows
- EPGSL information table
- Guest assistance
- Light cleanup
- General carnival support
Parents, coaches, older players, family members, and community supporters are all encouraged to volunteer.
Students who need community-service hours are also welcome. Documentation of completed volunteer hours can be provided upon request.
