EP Softball is powered by families who care about creating a positive, organized, and rewarding experience for our players.
As we prepare for the upcoming season, we are seeking individuals interested in stepping into
League Leadership Roles that help guide and support league operations on and off the field.

These roles vary in responsibility and time commitment, but all play an important part in keeping the league running smoothly.
Some are more behind the scenes, others are more hands-on, and all are valued.

Coaching Coordinator

Helps promote consistent coaching standards and player development across the league.

  • Support a shared “EP way” of coaching and skill development
  • Assist with planning off-season clinics or development opportunities
  • Monitor in-season progress and support coaches as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between coaches and league leadership
  • Help address coaching-related questions or concerns

Sponsorship Chair

Oversees league sponsorship efforts and sponsor relationships.

  • Coordinate sponsor outreach and communications
  • Track sponsorship payments and key contacts
  • Ensure sponsors receive agreed-upon recognition
  • Coordinate signage, marketing materials, and social media recognition
  • Support sponsor visibility at league events

Facilities Manager

Coordinates field and facility logistics throughout the season.

  • Coordinate field permits and indoor facility use with Recreation
  • Assist with scheduling and facility logistics
  • Confirm field playability on game days when needed
  • Coordinate with teams and umpires when changes arise

Concessions Manager

Oversees snack bar operations and inventory.

  • Order food, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage inventory and restocking
  • Oversee nightly reconciliation of snack bar sales
  • Help ensure smooth, consistent concessions operations

Events Manager

Plans and coordinates non-game league activities.

  • Organize fundraisers, fun events, and special league activities
  • Coordinate Photo Day logistics
  • Help plan the year-end banquet and appreciation events
  • Coordinate volunteers and vendors as needed

Social Media Manager / Assistant

Supports league communication and visibility through social media.

  • Post league announcements, updates, and reminders
  • Share game-day photos and highlights
  • Coordinate sponsor recognition posts
  • Help maintain a positive and professional league presence online

Submitting the interest form below is used to express interest only and does not guarantee placement in a specific role.
Final role assignments will be determined based on league needs and interest levels.
If multiple individuals are interested in the same role, a selection process (which may include a vote)
may be required, and individuals may be asked to select one role to pursue.
